Restoring Sovereign

Venerable was involved in the renovation of the Sovereign Building in Portland.

Restoring Sovereign. Diggable Monkey has produced an amazing 20-minute video chronicling the Sovereign renovation project.  Venerable’s Jessica Engeman provided historic consulting and project management services on this two-year effort.  Venerable is also the property manager for this mixed-use building which is 75% residential and 25% commercial.

Sovereign Building Renovation is Nearly Complete
