Restoring Sovereign. Diggable Monkey has produced an amazing 20-minute video chronicling the Sovereign renovation project. Venerable’s Jessica Engeman provided historic consulting and project management services on this two-year effort. Venerable is also the property manager for this mixed-use building which is 75% residential and 25% commercial.
Venerable Properties has purchased the location of Der Rheinlander restaurant at 5035 NE Sandy Building. The 53-year-old restaurant will close in December and construction will begin in the spring.
